Originally from Angola, she trained in both musical theater and acting at the American Musical and Dramatic Academy in New York and Los Angeles, earning a BFA in Performing Arts. She has built a multifaceted career both in front of and behind the camera, writing, producing, and starring in projects such as Not Enough and The Dark Essence, which have screened at multiple film festivals and earned recognition including a Best Actress finalist honor. Fluent in several languages, Brenda has also worked as a narrator, translator, and dialect coach on international productions, bringing a global perspective to her craft. Known for her versatility and entrepreneurial approach, she continues to develop original work while expanding her presence across both traditional and emerging platforms.
