Ambitious ad executive Kirsten Danfield and her lazy rival JT Langston accidentally swap bodies after a freak power surge during an argument. Forced to live as each other, they navigate gender stereotypes, workplace sexism, and personal insecurities. The chaotic experience ultimately leads them to develop empathy for one another, fall in love, and reclaim their identities by the series' end.
