Cycle of Change tells the story of Swetcha, who is struggling to deal with the symptoms of PCOS and feels helpless. She yearns to live a normal life like everyone else, but her condition makes it difficult. However, her life takes a turn for the better when she meets a group of women who run an NGO focusing on PCOS. They provide her with the support she needs to cope with her condition and help her to recover.
