Guddiya is a young girl born into poverty, carrying the heavy burden of being the sole breadwinner for her family. Her father, a habitual drunkard, spends his days inebriated, leaving the responsibility of providing for the household on Guddiya’s shoulders. With no support and limited opportunities, she is forced into a life as a prostitute to ensure her ailing mother receives medical care and that there’s food on the table.
