Half Cup Tea
Half Cup Tea tells the gripping story of a housewife who befriends a prostitute despite societal norms and her husband’s disapproval. Her husband sternly warns her to end the friendship, insisting it’s inappropriate for a “good housewife.” Determined to honor her husband’s wishes, she visits the prostitute’s home to bid farewell. Over a casual offering of half a cup of tea, she stumbles upon a discovery that shatters her trust—a card linking her husband to the prostitute as a regular client. As the prostitute unknowingly brings the tea, the housewife is left grappling with betrayal and hypocrisy, forcing her to confront not only her husband but the double standards imposed by society.
