Harshit

This film, inspired by Shakespeare’s Hamlet and written by Dhruva Harsh, captures all the classic elements of betrayal, love, hatred, revenge, sexual jealousy, poetic justice, and the existential dilemma. The protagonist, Harshit, mirrors Hamlet—a Hindu boy living in a Muslim-dominated area in Mumbai, India—who falls in love with his neighbor, Rahila. However, fate takes a dark turn, trapping both Harshit and Rahila in a web of innocence lost.
