Tyler Quinton lives with his sister, Rhonda, and works as a food delivery man. One day, she falls seriously ill. Their aunt and cousin trick her into agreeing to sell her organs to save the rich Mr. Zander's life. Rhonda agreed to sacrifice herself so she would no longer burden Tyler, who she assumes is broke. Tyler indeed borrowed money from a loan shark to treat Rhonda's illness, but soon, a saving grace comes.
