For the past three years, Sam Yale, a top secret agent, has been undercover on a mission to take down a smuggler named Joe Kane. However, just before he can put Joe in handcuffs on a train, he encounters his daughter, Julia Holt, who mistakenly cuffs him. She then bravely stops the criminals during a robbery attempt, only to be humiliated and face a dilemma, as apprehending Joe is undoubtedly crucial at this critical moment.
