Asher made Addy feel safe. He held her hands through her anxiety attacks. She opened up to him. I would think more than just the sex, it was really these sweet moments that they shared that made her loosen up and dance the way she used to.
It's clear that they both felt safe around each other. For Addy, it was dance. For Asher, it was the kiss. They both had hidden traumas they kept to themselves that prevented them from fully expressing how they felt, and they slowly learned and unlearned together.
The chemistry between the leads was amazing, but I kinda wish the jealousy plot with Xander was stretched longer. This is a personal bias of mine because I just loved seeing Asher get jealous 🥰
