Five years ago, Malcolm Murphy was the target of an assassination attempt. Just when things seemed hopeless, Stacy Wade showed up and saved him, but in doing so, she injured her arm, leaving her with lasting consequences. Five years later, the two cross paths again by chance. During a heated argument, they accidentally hurt Stacy's arm, which leads Malcolm to suspect that she might be the one who saved him all those years ago. He orders an investigation into her past.
