Due to the domestic violence she suffers from her husband, Colin Zahn, Megan Lane decides to divorce him in their hometown. However, they accidentally miss their scheduled train and end up on another one—a train that takes them straight into deadly danger. Unaware of a zombie virus spreading from foreign forces, the passengers on the train are soon attacked and infected, leaving Megan with no way out.
