Rohit, a young government contractor, and his wife Pooja are are facing financial difficulties as a difficult officer is not releasing Rs 75 Lakhs of tender payment to Rohit on one pretext or the other. Finally, Rohit settles for a compromise with the officer to get him to relent. But this compromise leads to unforeseen consequences for which Rohit and Pooja were not prepared.
