I started watching “Pregnant by My Ex’s Dad” mostly because the title was so ridiculous I had to see what the story actually was—and honestly, it delivered exactly the kind of chaotic drama you’d expect. The show kicks off with Lucia catching her boyfriend cheating on her, which immediately sets the tone for a very messy chain of events. Not long after, she ends up having a one-night stand with a mysterious older guy… who turns out to be her ex’s dad and her supervisor during her surgical residency. And yes, things get even more complicated when she discovers she’s pregnant.
The pacing is classic vertical drama: super fast, tons of cliffhangers, and every episode feels engineered to make you hit the next one. The premise is totally over-the-top, but the show leans into it instead of trying to be subtle. Half the fun is watching the characters deal with the awkward fallout of the situation, especially when the ex inevitably pops back into the picture.
