Caleb was a good-for-nothing gambler, losing everything to his addiction. His wife, Sophie, tragically died in an explosion trying to protect him, and his mother committed suicide by poisoning herself. Consumed by grief and hatred, Caleb died, only to miraculously get a second chance at life.
