  • High-stakes criminal politics meet surprisingly tender domesticity

This one starts with an egg donation and ends with a full-blown Mafia marriage proposal. Autumn Noel plays our heroine who just wants cash for her eggs so her boyfriend can finish school until her world blows up. Her boyfriend cheats and when she goes back to the clinic to see if she can salvage any eggs she is told they made a mistake and instead she’s cooking up an heir for the mob. Drew Ater’s dangerously fine Mafia King, to be precise. That’s next-level drama. He’s got guns, goons, and now… a baby on the way. And he’s not letting either go. Autumn brings heart and grit, while Drew oozes that possessive, brooding energy that says “I run a criminal empire and will rub your feet.” This vertical is giving: scandal, seduction, surprise pregnancy, alpha male overload, and womb-to-wife realness. Warning: Side effects include gasping, swooning, and yelling “MAFIA BABY?!?!” at the screen. A chaotic masterpiece. 4.5 stars, one unplanned baby, and zero regrets.
