This is supernatural tension done right: dark, messy, and completely addictive. Scarlett is running from a past that refuses to stay buried, and instead of finding safety, she collides with the one man trained to end her. What starts as a forced alliance quickly turns into something far more dangerous: trust built on thin ice and attraction that neither of them can afford. The story thrives in that gray space; where loyalty is questionable, motives are layered, and every choice feels like it could blow everything up. Jared and Tori absolutely carry this with presence and intensity. Their dynamic is sharp, unpredictable, and loaded with that “we shouldn’t… but we will” energy that keeps you locked in. And then there’s Rowland. Cameron brings calm, commanding, and just unsettling enough to feel like a constant threat even when he’s not on screen.
