Emma Shaw, a young woman battling mental illness, visits the bank to withdraw money for her mother's medication. However, the bank manager and staff, desperate to meet their quotas, impose unreasonable demands on her, making the process unbearably difficult. As a result, Emma's mother misses her crucial medication and tragically passes away in the bank. Devastated, Emma vows to exact her own form of punishment on those responsible.
