The Defense Never Rests

Qin Zhengshu, a defense attorney with a flawless courtroom record, is hired by Duan Chengzhou—the arrogant son of wealthy magnate Duan Hairong—to defend him against rape charges. Before the trial, Duan Chengzhou harasses and humiliates Qin Zhengshu's son Qin Hao and his pregnant wife Li Qing at a restaurant, dismissing Qin Zhengshu's attempts to identify himself.
