Not my fave. It went by easy enough. I just found it a little phoned in. Kinda mediocre.
Soooo funny…and yet…
this one just kind of missed one mark.
The side characters were hilarious…like FNALLY! A vertical that understands character development through out of pocket humor. The food that kept coming out? Dying. His mother? HILARIOUS!
But then the romance arc was a total miss. And I was so sad because I wanted it to work so bad so I could give it five stars. The lead did a great job playing the straight men, and probably would have had amazing chemistry, but the script just didn’t support.
But more of this humor, please! I’M BEGGING YOU!
