This one is MESSY messy… and I mean that as a compliment. Usually these stories want you rooting for the sweet innocent girl getting revenge, but this one said, nah, what if everybody kinda sucks? And honestly? That made it way more fun. Watching Vera/Penny roll in with a full revenge agenda and absolutely no intention of being the bigger person? Delicious. Poor Theo gets caught in the middle of all this rich-kid chaos, manipulation, and emotional whiplash like the man never stood a chance.
Cailin Peluso really sells this because she doesn’t play the role like she wants your pity. She plays her bold, calculated, and just unstable enough to keep things interesting. Noah Andre does exactly what he needs to do here; he brings enough charm to make you understand why everyone’s losing their minds over him. And Kimberly McClain? Peak menace. The kind of villain you want launched into the sun but also secretly enjoy watching.
